Civic Association votes to cancel its part of Canal Day

Is the land part of Canal Day done? Say it ain't so.

As long as I can still have a great time on my boat in the water front row. I don't mind the street part being closed. I've been goin for two yrs now and never touched land for 3 days.

Best part of Canal Day is being on the water. I highly doubt the cancellation will people away haha
